Disagree completely. I voted no for that 3% BS, but I did vote yes for the most recent pay raises. That said, a JCBA for a combined carrier needs to be directly competitive with the CBA's of the big 3, and *because* I voted yes on the last one, I'm now in a better position to be able to play hardball on the next one. Just curious, how long have you been here? In my time here I’ve seen nothing that inspires faith in my coworkers when it comes to these votes. Or my MEC, for that matter. But I hope you’re right. I’ll happily eat crow if I’m proven wrong the next go-round.
