As explained, if one of the lines of a situational event has a Y next to it and the Y is not achieved, it is a pria bust. Retrain and retest at a later date. AQP is not unfailable. That said, i haven't met a young and new FO that seems to even care about pria, as ive flown with several that have failed initial, and they speak about it like the fail doesnt even matter.
