Honestly, who really cares? Do you care about management’s opinion of you? I certainly do not. And if the information was so confidential that executive level management didn’t want it spread they wouldn’t have disseminated it to thousands of front line union employees. They share what they want to share. They always have. While Dietrich was the devil and shared nothing with us until we saw it in the news, our new CEO does seem more willing to at least have a dialog with us. I’m sure they still keep the really important future plans close to the best.
