If you failed anything in the last 2 years that could be why they passed on you. They clearly saw something they didn’t like. I’ve got a bachelors. Attended law school for 3 semesters and did well, but I didn’t like the direction it was taking me and chose to withdraw. Maybe that was an issue? Had 500 hours at that point. Got my commercial multi and a flying job and am much happier.
My bust was over 2 years ago; Feb 2021. Several passed rides since then, including ATP, recurrents, currency after paternity leave, 135 new aircraft transition, initial 560 type, and AQP recurrent.
Current company seems to have paused on upgrades recently… so not sure if PIC is coming anytime soon. Seems like going for the 737 and getting 121 time are my two options, and that leaves only one option. I’ll do some volunteer work too.
