I agree with Shy. I've been critical of this specific language in the contract yet still supportive of everything else they did with our current contractual improvements elsewhere. That said, I will gladly say Thank You to WM and the NC for getting the Company to address this and to Do The Right Thing.
I'm under no illusion the Company did this out of the goodness of their hearts but have to admit, it is greatly appreciated as it's shows us all our our true value.
It's a big win that we're pretty much in line with our peers in compensation now for the next few years so I'm all for no more 82%/18% talk but learning for this latest cycle and going forward
