How about this. More money can be made doing Adhoc than what DHL was willing to pay for Atlas service. To put performance metrics out as a causation of the change seems disingenuous. I can’t think of a DHL flight that I’ve been involved with for years out of CVG, MIA, name a place because of the crew. It’s usually a DHL related delay. Constant ramp turnover, Scheduling exacerbates our performance as well from the way they try to manipulate and change things constantly. Those things seem to be the common denominator in the performance metrics in my opinion.
