Southwest. UA if I can jump up to 3000 from the bottom. My schedule at Southwest is very flexible. I usually reduce it to about 40% of normal, then start picking up ( or not) from there. Yes, you have to work at it a little to reduce schedule, but 20 days off easily as a junior Captain. (83% in base) Co-workers are nice.
