gaslighting: “psychological manipulation of a person usually over an extended period of time that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self-esteem, uncertainty of one's emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator”

Is that what I did to you? Really? By having a differing option than your own. Perhaps you’d be better off at a legacy. It’s my understanding that they have safe spaces at each base. You don’t come off as very “Lion hearted”.
good point. Gaslighting isn’t the best word to use here. Ill say trivialize…that’s a better choice. My mistake for the poor choice of words.

the point is still that if there can be any change at atlas for the pilot group we need to show that we are reliable and trustworthy.

i mean…this breach of confidentiality can be an excuse for mgmt to say “you see? We can’t trust this group. Might as well just keep things the same.”

at least that’s my opinion.
