I was talking to a friend that works in the admin side of an airline and he was telling me about the no fault attendance policy which basically means you have to work your life around your work schedule if you got sick or if you a problem that doesn’t matter and you will get points slammed on your file.
I wanted know do all airlines run the same way? And is it the same thing for flight crew and pilots?
