At big boy/girl air lines (see what I did there?) we are treated like adults. When we are not treated like adults our union helps guide the company into reminding them to treat us like adults.
that car trouble story sounds fishy. In the AF we documented everything because of this stuff. If it’s a trend, anywhere will look to punish you. But majors understand life happens.
