At big boy/girl air lines (see what I did there?) we are treated like adults. When we are not treated like adults our union helps guide the company into reminding them to treat us like adults.
that car trouble story sounds fishy. In the AF we documented everything because of this stuff. If it’s a trend, anywhere will look to punish you. But majors understand life happens.
yeah the car trouble sounds fishy but I was trying to explain what I meant by that. That’s good to know because I about to take that company from consideration just for the way they treat their ground staff
