not the poster that said it was amazing, but I would imagine most people wouldn’t think constantly working with minimum days off, inability to drop trips or get vacation time, fatigue inducing trips, screamers in the training department, no union and no protections, no negotiating power and no negotiation team, hurtling towards eventual demise etc etc……..all very likely to amount to non amazing work environment.
