Prep by thinking about some true story “tell me about a time that you XXX, and what you learned from XXX”, buy a nice dark suit, and don’t make up crap in the interview. I know two Delta pilots who elected to return via spitfire before this became a published process… often times the prep companies behind the scenes work to get someone hired who has a blemished past, or burnt bridges by leaving the job the first time, is worth the money. In this day of fog a mirror and get an interview, it’s often those who don’t prep, or don’t prep correctly for the company they’re interviewing at that don’t get hired…
