Hello friends. I'm coming up on 1500 hours and I've heard good things about Spirit and the pilot QOL. I am Utah based and would be most interested in LAS as a base. I will have about 350-400 hours of PIC Turboprop time and I'm curious if that will help me as a potential new hire. I'm not a CFI, but I'm hopeful my turboprop experience will help me with a job offer. I've been professionally employed for 2 decades and have a 4 year Business degree.
If its possible, I'd much rather fly for Spirit than a regional operation, but I don't know what to believe in the current hiring market. Thanks in advance for advice and recommendations.
