YES! This why the initial DOJ block has never made sense to me. The Spirit business model of “junk fees” is almost exclusively based upon exploiting the Poor akin to a For- profit -University, the narrative of this DOJ is that it’s some kind of Salvation Army.

Yet it is the current Washington so I’m not suprised, just disappointed
