I have an international trip next month with it saying the first leg is cancelled, however it is still showing on Travelnet, but with a different Flt number. I thought it might be an equipment sub but it still shows my fleet? If I try to pull up Pilot Names via I-crew it spouts some gibberish about "No data check microfiche." I am thinking maybe an equipment sub that hasn't updated yet on Travelnet.
I assume just changing the flight number would not qualify as a reroute since the times are exactly as on my bid award.
Anyone have any experience with this?

I haven’t seen this in a while but it happened a lot around 2016. They (marketing) decided they liked some different flight numbers so changed a bunch of them. Most rotations were updated a few days before report. Kind of like a hotel change since the flight times and everything were identical and only the number changed. I did have one that didn’t get fixed. We showed and it says leg canceled but the flight is still going on a different flight number. Go to the gate and try to scan on…we can’t. Gate agent says no pilots assigned to this flight number. Calls ops to fix it. Next thing we know, two guys show up…just got rerouted to fly this leg that for some reason had no pilots assigned. Called crew tracking to ask wtf. Ended up deadheading to rejoin the rotation.
