Minor correction for the actual characters used: In iCrew, on the timecard, under "RES GUAR". That is the only number applicable to being "Full" (which, once again, does NOT need to be reflected on your schedule. So don't bother calling CS to mark you "Full", it's merely an internal cue for them. If your "RES GUAR" is 0:00 and they assign you a trip, you have no obligation to do or say anything. I called CS proactively about a landing recency "them" problem once. I was told quite clearly they didn't need a pilot helping. I don't worry about "them" problems any more.
