I wouldn’t worry too much about short term seniority. Based on fleet projections, it will be a long time before we’ve hired the last bottom Captain. Barely 2 year old airline and it’s up to 420+ pilots on the seniority list. Next year is slated for even more growth, around a 50 aircraft fleet by next year. I’m sure they have big plans past next year with all the additional planes coming.
