Pretty much agree on this. What our group needs to understand is that if needed we shouldn't fear turning it down as what's most likely to happen will be some quick changes then sending it back in a matter of weeks/months. I hope though the MEC does that for us. Otherwise many are blinding by getting money asap and not understanding how quickly we can make some changes.
