Yea I always say #1 priority don’t commute.

Junior 320 CLT CA is 09/2019 hire with effective date of October 1st. It just recently became more junior. Now we’ll see what happens with the next vacancy out now. But the thing is we’re starting our big retirement numbers. 782 for 2024, 850s for 2025 and 2026, 758 for 2027. Slowly goes down from there. Things will continue to get crazy here with half the seniority retiring in the next 8 years. I would assume upgrades everywhere will continue to come down. Also you said you’re young. AA average age in new hires is 30s. And usually many older folks hired here. So folks in 20s hired today have crazy retirement numbers. A buddy is 27 started in August last month and will retire #115
