"The Company doesn’t have the luxury of wasting time on a failed TA1. At the beginning of the week, we had lost 214 Pilots in 2023. As of today, that number is 220, and management doesn’t have the reservoir of goodwill with our Pilots to enable them to say, "Trust us." Our Pilots have told SWAPA that we need measurable, defined standards. It’s time to stop with the negotiating games like tying worthwhile offers to lightning rod issues. It’s time to make a ratifiable deal."
