As the son of a father who retired from a competing legacy airline, I fully appreciate that you are trying to help your son's career and that you want the best for him. That being said, your son should
want to be at Delta, not pressured into it by his mother (assuming this based off your username). If he is happy at WN, let him be happy at WN. I went against my father's career advice to be where I knew I
wanted to be.
But to answer your question, he is competitive. Have him attend a job fair or virtual recruiting event, and consolidate on the 73.
