The DOJs argument is complete bunk! “We ****ed up in the past and let a few airlines get too big and now dominate the market. So, in response to said **** up, we’ll let everyone else remain screwed and not be able to effectively crack into a fortified legacy market…”. Great move dip****s!
The one saving grace is we have a Reagan appointed judge who might actually possibly maybe believe in free markets and allow the merger to happen with minimal divestments….
