Dumb question. If you're the plug anywhere other than SFO (for now) is it correct that you'll remain the plug at that base until the effective date of the next vacancy bid? Asking for a friend.
if a bid is published without reductions, then no one can displace anyone out of a base. If you’re the plug, people can come into base, but only if vacancies are open there. Your spot is safe.
