It's a good question. Seems to me, "at the time of processing" is the kicker. Does "time of processing" mean the PCS run that executed the drop, or does "time of processing" mean the time of trip that was actually dropped. Furthermore, if the APD was granted for an October trip (but time of processing is in September), and your anniversary is in October, does this mean you can no longer APD in your new year?

I'm not sure, but I'm afraid it would burn your APD for your new year.
As soon as your schedule is published in iCrew, you have been granted your APD for your new year. If you APD on Sept 20th for a trip in Oct and your anniversary is in October any time, you are using next year's APD
