Yes. The 4-days are scarce as most commuters keep them. Usually one in OT that needs to be covered, every other day.

On Long Call, you'll get first dibs on trips during the proffer the day prior. Seniority dependant of course. Mostly 2 and 3-days everyday to cover.

PHL flying is great, crews are solid, and honestly, the gate agents have been fine. It's an awesome base.

I've been here just about 2 years and have flown one 4-day and it was by choice. Movement is great, QoL is great. Highly recommend reserve in base and ride the wave. I average 10 days flying a month, with 4 or 5 nights away.
