ORD hasn't been in a class drop since May 2022. Lately it has been around 8 to 9 months after hire date before people have been able to hold ORD through vacancy bidding (usually the 3rd vacancy bid). Since ORD is senior o the FO side, is it possible to hold weekends off while on reserve there as an FO?
I'm at Spirit and was able to waive my guaranteed days off b/w reserve shifts to 1 and request weekends off. I understand leaving Spirit will result in losing some scheduling flexibility and QOL, but just curious if you can do this trick or something similar here at AA.
