Yeah, thats what I am Talking about.Did the same DP last month and both guys were under 75 hours and I did not feel comfortable leaving them up there.One was right out of IOE and had Vacation and had not seen the aircraft for 5 weeks and the only overwater(international) he had was HNL SMF.And the other guy had only done one Pacific crossing.They were great guys and wanted to learn.Not there fault.
