2 year upgrade at Delta?? Try not even 1 year. My neighbor started indoc around September 27 last year at Delta. He got an A320 bid at LGA/JFK, Commutes from CLT. This month's bid 4 Captain slots on the A320 went junior to him and quite a few on the B737 also went junior. He's debating giving up QOL for an extra $100K/yr. That's just mind-boggling for those of us that experienced "the lost decade of the 90's".
