It’s any aircraft/base that has one international pairing that’s not Canada and further south than some line south of Mexico, makes the whole fleet for that base global. Such as 737 Cleveland was with the azures.

Depends what you consider bad, I’ve been rolled once a month into days off. Living in base it’s not bad and now if they do do it you’ll get paid. I think it’ll happen less now since they would roll someone by putting people with required days on short call.
