Good thing the new TA language solves the mandates by the company as a condition of employment… now WE/YOU get to decide if you want to comply with any requirements… might take a financial hit but they won’t be holding a needle to your arm.
I’m not taking any more shots voluntarily because I don’t think they work… but if they are deemed a requirement for employment (not unilaterally by company) I’ll decide whether to comply or not with facts available at the time.
