JO apparently said Aviate is a good retention program but United is taking too many pilots from Mesa via (I don't believe that personally) for Mesa to be profitable, etc etc.
If you want to see something interesting, go look and see the amount of manager positions that are available on the careers page. Mesa is not doing fine, and I hope people don't buy it.
