I would use the term 'ton of experience' loosely. I know, because I worked there before going to CAL.
Those planes should've been on NWA property from the get-go, but that's another thread from a long time ago. And I would be careful to say that the pilots at Compass are there because of the flow up. I'm willing to bet many of them will be lifers there if circumstances warrant. (many locals who were tired of commuting) Of course, aren't we all just chasing some good QOL?
