For me (keyword) I looked for much faster seniority movement, better schedule flexibility, fleet options, and widebody. Plus all the soft pay which I like. You can say one airline is good without saying the other is crap. I said there’s a difference in line constructions. AS is typically easier flying but more days flying. Conducive to living in base. DL is more legs/work but more hard days off especially as a junior pilot. In terms of the Eskimo flying 78’s I’ll believe it when I see them actually operating. That’s a complete 180 from what they’re doing now in terms of “growth” (a few new routes and increase frequency).
