suit up pay for when on reserve you get called out and then something changes such as the line holder getting back on his or her trip you’ll be paid accordingly. Conversion pay for when you get converted from LC to SC and not used you’ll get paid 1 hour. Not the biggest deterrent but it’s something. Reroute pay is great. It’s a little complicated at first they provide a bunch of scenarios for you to get an idea of when you’ll get just straight pay or when you’ll get 150% pay depending on the circumstances of duty times, cancellations, and going into certain days off (GDO’s we call X-days). Not a soft pay thing but I do enjoy the “swap with the pot” ability. I will say I’m ignorant of the ability to do that at AS as I was a PDX guy and was never able to hold a line. If your trip cancels and you are given recovery flying you will be paid and credit the higher of two trips plus 100% of the recovery trip.
