ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for
Order to Show Cause and for Citation of Civil Contempt. The Court has
reviewed the same and being duly advised in the premises, finds and
orders as follows:
IT IS ORDERED THAT Defendants and their managing member
Steven Sherwood, and all persons or entities acting in concert therewith,
shall immediately turn over all Collateral as required by the Court’s
Order for Prejudgment Delivery of August 29, 2023; and further, that
Defendants and Steven Sherwood shall appear before this Court on the
2nd of October, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard,
to show cause as to why they should not be held in contempt for their
violations of the Court’s Orders. Should Defendants or Steven Sherwood
be held in contempt, they may be subjected to the full contempt powers
of the Court including but not limited to the payment of compensatory
costs and attorney’s fees and the issuance of a warrant for arrest and
detention unless and until such time as the same abide by the
aforementioned Orders of the Court.
