BLI, has been 2 planes for years. It has been around 10-12 crews for a very very long time. CA Seat rarely has openings. All current Captains live there. 16+ years(Think the Junior CA is like a 2008 hire) can not hold a line. FO seat at least the back half is a revolving door of people who either give up and move on to another base or company. The long-time joke is upgrade is Alaska Airlines.
