my background is irrelevant though. I’ve been sitting in the back of planes for 20+ years with multiple carriers. Delta still has the best service. Have you flown AA recently? You’ll be lucky to get a beverage service
You're allowing yourself to fall into the anti-union indoctrination spewed by their management. Certainly there a small percentage of pilots who have contempt for FAs but that percentage is retiring at a good clip.
There is no classism on the airplane. The overwhelming vast majority of pilots would stand behind their FAs without hesitation. What we get frustrated by are the sometimes perplexing refusal to do any service even in smooth air.
