I got hired at the end of "the last wave".
Pilots 1000 junior to me were hired 7 years, 9 months after me.
Pilots 1000 senior to me were hired 11 months before me.
I'm a double-furloughee. I was hired at age 36. And I'll may not see widebody captain when I retire at age 65.
No complaints. My career has been pretty good, considering all factors. But I made lemons out of lemonade.
