Currently a WN FO with ~500 hrs here in the 737. Previously flew for an AA WO. I have attended 3 job fairs with meet and greets with AA since May and each time I am told that I am well qualified and always a very positive interaction where I am told things like "you're exactly what we are looking for, I wouldn't be surprised if you hear something soon, etc."
My application has been on file since Feb and I've confirmed with the team on multiple occasions that my application is complete and published but still haven't heard anything.
AA is where I want to be as I am moving to CLT this summer and I have turned down UA and DL as I only want to leave SW for AA to be in base.
I do understand there are others with equal or even much more experience still waiting.
Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

I was having a similar issue. I worked with a company that looked at my application to see if there was anything not checked and filled out correctly. If somethings are not checked or filled out correctly the app will not publish. I used Pilot Counseling Services. My application was still not being published. Went to OBAP and talked to an AA HR person. They could not see my application on their end. Something was preventing my application from being published. That same HR person forwarded my information to their IT department. They found that one of my attached PDF Letters of Recommendation was preventing my application from being published. Once I removed the specific LOR and submitted it, I received an email shortly after that my application was received and I got the email to take the PST as well.
