Absolutely true. I’m referring to the other 1%. I generally do well with my FAs. I like buying coffee and being pleasant. Some are hard to please and I have found the tie helps getting them on the same team. That said, I would wear the tie anyways because it shows support for the fight against cancer in general in my opinion.
