Great headset all around. Can't recommend highly enough for both work or pleasure. An improved version of the Quiet Technologies Halo.

With proper fitting ear tips these are truly noise isolating, better than any other passive headsets. (The black foam rubber are the best IMO)

I prefer them to ANR because they don't have the hassle of batteries, are a fraction of the cost, and are super lightweight.

Truly, with the earpieces removed, it's easy to forget they're on your head and try to get out of your seat with wires attached
