You're going to get the gamut of replies from super easy to the worst ever. The reality is that it depends on how much one works the system to their favor. You can do very little if your idea of doing very little is being on the company rope. That goes for both NB FO & CA. WBFO is your best bet, though, at doing the least. Not sure about the FO side, but NB CA at EWR on reserve averaged about 35 hours last month with some in the single digits.
