I've seen a lot of higher time (1500, 2000 TT 600 ME, if you consider that higher time) pilots applying at mesa. I'm not quite sure what the logic is behind this. I'll think about it
And don't they have a $12000 pro rated training contract that they can screw me over with if I leave?

I highly recommend getting your CFI...and CFII and MEI if you can. Yeah it will cost you alot of extra bucks....but at least you can fly, get experience, and get paid doing it while you are applying to airlines and playing the waiting game. Especially since the whole industry has slowed down hiring.
