The company man problem is evenly spread across the entire seniority list. There’s Stockholm Syndrome at the top, and lack of experience with our management at the bottom.
We’re all paid the same whether we’re a “brand ambassador” or not. Why anyone goes above and beyond anymore is beyond me.
Maybe this is naive, but for anyone that has worked in the CPO if a bunch of us go in there and say "BP's memo was not cool" does that kind of thing get passed along up the chain to the 4th floor types? Or is that just wishful thinking?
