I was part 91 with a good gig. It just could not compete in the long game.
Standard corporate America 401k match... i give 6% they match 4% or something like that. On top of base pay, there is a 20-30% annual bonus. But no guarantee that it comes every year. That being said, I've gotten in every year except one, which was a terrible year economically speaking.
New contract and improvements really make a compelling case to go. I have one more shot. I am likely taking it.
