Unfortunately, I think it will be necessary to get management to realize how bad they have ticked off the pilot group.
Side benefit….. get to formalize who the scabs are .

Should it come to a strike, do you think there will be a significant number of scabs? Even with a probably higher than normal level of company loyalty among the pilot group, it seems given the circumstances of this situation it would be much lower than say CAL '83 or UAL '85.
