I’m sorry you don’t get profit sharing, I agree that new hires should. At least you aren’t on LTD. Those folks don’t get profit sharing either, also didn’t get a raise and don’t get any retro pay.

At least there is a bid open right now that gives you an opportunity to increase your pay dramatically if you would like to.
