They aren’t committing a felony. It’s contract law. Even when you buy a car you agree to submit to binding arbitration. You don’t have to like it, I don’t, but there is nothing illegal. They will eventually get a fine or pay a grievance but that’s all part of the game. They are the only ones that lose. All that goodwill down the drain. PB has been a tool since Covid kicked off. Nothing more than a yes man.
