Believe it or not this was actually said. I guess we can now see why “always keep your deals” was taken out of the rules of the road this year. Why would anybody go the extra mile when the company management makes a statement like this?
Nothing new under the sun. Its just many of you alls first time seeing this. The salad days and unicorns you thought where Delta are over, they were never there actually. this is business as usual at this air line. Always has been always will be.

It is clear where management stands. My question is where is DALPA?? Going on 3 weeks now since the infamous "letter". Now this act of animous. What are they waiting for, an invitation? DH's letter was a joke, paltry and weak, just like his "leadership" as chairman thus far. What is the plan? What are the actions this group will take as directed from DALPA? Have they been consulting with the ALPA attorneys for the last 2+ weeks? Is that the delay? I don't get it. I am pointing fingers here. DALPA is my representation to management. I expect them to be effective in that regard. So yes, I am going to make this about DALPA in some regards. I've always known the management and what they are about, I would expect my representative body to them to be forceful and use every tool legally at their disposal. So far its been quiet other than said letter from MEC.

Now to the management quote there from PB. Well I guess we can play that two ways right? I don't know. I would surely like some guidance from the MEC. This will only get worse as time goes on as it should clear to most pilots that this is a full on frontal assault and they are not turning back. Our actions, as a unified group, will stop it though. Come on DH, do something already - please.
